Our phone line issue has now been resolved. Please do bear with us, our lines are very busy, especially on Mondays. We have as many people answering the telephones as possible but during busy periods there will be likely be delays in your call being answered. Where possible, please use the eConsult service.

Redlands Update – 19th July 2021

Redlands Primary Care has had a difficult fortnight and we hope all our patients will understand and support us though the changes we are going through. We are trying to align our different processes and are sorry if this has meant at times you have not had the service you have been used to. We have made some adjustments, and hope that allows us to meet our commitment to providing high quality healthcare. Merging Chiddenbrook surgery and New Valley surgery will allow us to work from a new purpose built surgery. Thorverton site will continue as it is. We are enjoying watching the new building take shape this summer. There will be other changes for us to manage over the next few weeks and months, please be patient with us. While we welcome feedback and are happy to learn from our patients, we will also welcome any expressions of support and encouragement.
