FAQs

How long are GP appointments?

Routine GP appointments last up to 15 minutes. If you have several issues to discuss with your GP or you would like to discuss a complex issue, you may prefer to book a double appointment.

Can I see someone in the evenings, or at weekends?

Yes, we offer evening nurse appointments (6.30pm – 7.30pm) on Tuesdays, and weekend GP and nurse appointments on Saturdays.

These appointments must be booked by phone. Please note that our phone lines are only open 8.30am – 6pm Monday to Friday.

I’m under 16, will you tell my parents that I came to see you?

We provide a confidential service to all our patients, including those aged 16 or under. This means we won’t tell anyone about your visit without your permission (sometimes called ‘consent’).

The only time we would ever share information without your consent is if you or someone else could be in danger. We would always talk to you about this first.
